The requirements to construct the academy are the following: level 10 marketplace, level 20 smithy and a level 20 village HQ.
After you have constructed all of those to the levels stated the option to construct a academy shall open. After you have built the academy you must then train et least one nobleman - Build the needed coins/packets first.
Then you must pick your target. Send your nobels accompanied by enough troops to survive - Be aware that one nobleman in a single attack is equal too four nobleman in a single attack - When the loyalty reaches 0 - The village is yours!
