dum question but il tell u anyway.1go to Club Penguin.2go to a server WITHOUT A CHAT ICON ON IT.3 U WILL SEE A LITTLE BAR THAT MEANS U CAN CHAT WHATEVER U WANT NOW BUT IT HAS TO BE STANDARD CHAT AT THE BEGINING THAT U START A CLUB PENGUIN.
To access the typing ability, you must change you settings from the ultra safe chat to the safe chat in which you are able to chat normally. I am sure another person could edit this over and tell you exact, but I am not sure where you change it. If I get any information I will type this on for you :)
