What I would do is get Eevee and then breed it with Ditto and get several lvl1 Eevees and then make them happy with you for Espeon and Umbreon and just use stones on the rest for the other Eevelutions, not sure thought how to get the new ones from DPP though haven't researched that yet. Probably just trade.
