How do you get umbreon or Espeon without a moon stone or a sun stone?

for umbreon, when it is night time at where u r at start to give eevee proteins and carbos and irons and zinc one at a time and he will evolve out of friendship. and the same thing with espeon except u do it in the morning. glad i could help!
