How do you get unlimited health in call of duty black ops zombies?

You can get the glitch by being careful and not dying. I started avoiding people and let them come to me. after I got nine kills someone started a vote to kick me. I thought that I should die to prove I didn't have the glitch but, when I pulled the pin on my grenade, it just did the shell-shock thing even though I was holding on to it. So, if you keep from dying and get a lot of kills, you may become invincible!

To get the invincibility hack on Medal of Honor Heroes 2, you must be patient.

Someone told me this works, too, just not as often.

1. Join any game that isn't a DM. (autobalance is recommended off)

2. After you've joined the game, switch teams several times in a row.

3. Quickly leave the game

4. Quickly rejoin the game but before you choose your team, switch the team rapidly over and over, then join.

5. After you've joined, switch teams ONE time.

6. If you didn't respawn, you are invincible.

HINTS IN THIS GLITCH: If you have the glitch, you can cook a grenade and walk up to someone, let it blow up with you still holding it and only they will die.

If you see someone else that already has this glitch, its MUCH more likely for you to be able to do it too.

The second glitch will only work about 10% of the time.

You would need to cheat or glitch the game. Or, if you're very skillful, you could change the code to prevent the health from dropping, but be careful when playing multiplayer.

There are not cheats for this game. So moddibg or jtaging is the only way. - ZULTCH

Technically, you cant, but juggernog is the closest thing to it. Just stay away from crowds and you'll be fine
