Well, on the first generation games there was the glitch with Missingno. Where you'd have the man show you how to catch Pokemon, then fly to Fuchsia, then surf to the Seafoam Islands and surf along the coast until you saw it, then the 6th item in your inventory would be like 129x. I don't believe there are any other ways of getting more Masterballs. You could also use a GameShark.
