I guess you mean "How do you update Windows XP?" To do this, click Start, go to 'Control Panel' then on the menu on the left you should see an option 'switch to classic view'. Click that then look for automatic updates. This should take you to the Microsoft site where you will have to download the automatic updater.

You can uninstall service packs. Go to Add/Remove programs, make sure that 'Show Updates' is ticked. The installed SPs are now visible and you will be able to uninstall from here.

Windows 95 is the oldest and has alot more bugs in it than any other, 98 is just like 95 but fewer bugs, me was meant to look like xp does but it's not that great, NT just like me but was made for networking, xp is the most common and has a better interface and doesn't need upgrades for networking, vista just like xp but has a more complicated interface
