Urothorax is a very bad thing to have. It means "urine in the chest cavity", usually as a result of major damage to the internal organs. This might be the result of a serious auto accident, etc.

I am not aware of a named condition where urine enters the lungs.A related condition called urinothorax describes urine entering the pleural space. I've never encountered this myself. I do however see it reported in the Singapore Medical Journal,2007 (see links) where it is described as a complication of a kidney operation.
