First you download the Any Video Converter (no viruses) and than change the video format to MPEG 4, a 100 megabyte video takes about 21 minutes. The PSP does NOT support any other files that i know of.

I don't know how to watch videos on the Internet on a Psp but some websites allow you download videos to the Psp but you can go downloads.nl to download music but other websites probably wont work like beemp3.com doesn't work for some reason.
Your video has to be MP4 format. You have to connect PSP and computer then you drag and drop the video file in the PSP VIDEO folder.

Technically it shouldn't matter because even regular PSP models can't download youtube videos. You'd have to use a PC to download the video, then transfer it to the PSP by USB.
