After you get Luigi and 50 stars, go to the next floor AS LUIGI, go to the mirror room. On you right will be a Luigi painting, but in the mirror it will be Wario. Get one the the flowers, this will turhn you invisible, and go threw the mirror, jump into the Wario painting on the other side. Go to the end and beat Chief Chilly, and that's Wario.!!!
