I have one! I actually used it once and it worked wonders.. BUT you must have certain things with you

1) Strawberries

2) toothbrush and toothpaste

4) Fork

3) Baking soda (it just cleans any bacteria in your mouth, so you dont really need it though)

First, crush the strawberries with your fork. Then apply the substance onto your toothbrush and brush your teeth normally. After that, rinse and brush your teeth again with toothpaste and baking soda (optional). If you notice, it will seem whiter.
