You see if the girl dumped you because you cheated on her it would be alot harder to get her back but if the girl dumped you because she thinks you have bad breath then you can change that. Maybe if you ask the girl what you did to make her dump you (if you dont already know) then try to change it so she likes you.It depends on the situation you are in. You could try to win her heart back... by maybe doing the things she likes and be caring and thoughtful to her.

Statistically, even if you do get her back you will break up again for the same reason. That is, unless you both resolve the issue by changing your actions. Probably better in the long run to figure it out and don't do it again and move on to someone else.
