On the S'winter level, there is a tree house. When you go into the tree house, don't use the yellow tubes. Instead, use your gravity shoes and jump across to the other side. Keep going right till you get to a ladder. Go up the ladder and follow the sign in front of you. jump up to the ledge. Go right. You'll eventually see a scrap pile. They are in that.
