Before you install WordPress, you need these software installed and configured:
1. a web server software(ex. apache)
2. PHP

It's quite easy if you have your web server setup. Just follow the steps below
1. create a database for your blog
2. remember the database name, your database user name and your password
3. find your web server folder (ex. C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs)
4. download WordPress and unzip it in the folder
5. open your browser and type in "localhost"
6. follow its instruction (they call it the Famous 5-minutes install)
7. done
Note: WordPress will assign you a random password and you must have it to log in. Change your password in the profile page after you log in. If you have a website in your computer already and want to add a blog in your sub directory. just unzip WordPress in the corresponding folder (ex. yourdomain.com/blog -> folder C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Apache2.2\htdocs\blog). and follow the steps
