When you buy Rezurrection there are 3 downloads, one is Rezurrection, another is a zombie soundtrack, and the third is the WAW Zombie maps. The downloads took me about 10 or 15 minutes to download on the afternoon of September 22 2011. Installation of the downloads took another 10 or 15 minutes to complete.

They come as a separate download when you purchase the Rezurrection DLC and you must download both the Rezurrection Map Pack and the 4 World at War Black Ops Zombie maps. They both must also be installed after you have downloaded them

I found out that if you have the classic maps for World at War on Black Ops , it's free. Rezurrection will not be free If you only have the WAW maps. It is actually only free to individuals who purchased the hardened and Prestige edition of Black Ops
How do you install WaW map packs PSN?
You buy the Map Pack bundle for World at War and download when the game disc for World at War is in your PS3. They are not the same Maps that are in Black Ops Rezurrection or Black Ops Hardened Edition and will not work for Black Ops Standard Edition

No the Black ops and world at war map packs come with one zombie map and 4 other maps and you must buy them that way. The 4th and last Black Ops map pack Rezurrection does come with 5 Zombie maps because it includes the 4 WAW Zombie Maps and the Zombie map Moon

Well you can only get the zombie maps and not the multiplayer maps,and to get them you could get the Hardened or Prestige edition of Black ops or just get them with the download of the rezurrection zombie map,(moon).And in the WaW maps you can still get the WaW weapons just the wall ones only.
