My advice is tell him that you still love him and ask him on a date. If he says yes then he still loves you congratulations and good luck for the future. But if he says no then he obviously doesnt love you. You cannot do anything about this. Just move on :) Im sure you'll find somebody else :)
But may i ask why did you break up in the first place? Maybe that's a sign you're not suppose to be together or that you cant trust him etc. Or maybe a reason he said no to your offering
