Visit the agencys' websites, which will list information on how to submit your baby. However, not all agencies represent baby models so you'll have to search for those that have a baby modeling division. Agencies usually state this on their websites. Follow their instructions on the website or if that information is not available online, call the office to ask what you need to do.

The agency you sign with should be within a 2 hour's drive from where you live. Typically just searching for "baby modeling agencies" won't get you very relevant results so instead search for "modeling agencies" in your area and visit their official websites. They will state right away whether they represent baby and child models.
For those that do, go through the website, which will contain information about how to submit your baby to be considered for representation as well as tips for taking pictures to send in and if the agency holds open casting calls.
