try giving her milk and if she doesn't want any try holding her and shaking her and singing lullabys or go to YouTube and put some lullabys for babies or just play with her until she gets really tired and maybe she'll fall asleep by herself and you can do those things that i told you to do and she will fall asleep hope that works :)

∙ 11y agoThe best way to get your little one to sleep through the night is to keep things fairly active through the day making sure all milk that should be ad or food if older is had when the rest of the family eat. Keep each day the same, feeding at the same time, bathing at the same time, napping at the same time. Driving them in the car to establish nap time or a stroll is great if they don't settle. If you get "called in at night" just make shush noises don't speak r remove child, ly them down, tuck them in firmly so they feel secure, give them a comforter or fav toy- non noisy tho! Walk away, if they start go in and repeat leaving them to cry longer each time. They soon get fed up and realise that's where they are staying till morning. If they have had he recommended amount of milk/ food required then offer no more than water if you really have to. Try using a dummie. A favourit comforter for mine is a tag blanket, it has ribbons sown all the way around the edge, they love it. Even if you breast feed try them with a night time bottle, you then know they have filled up! Johnson bed time bath is great then a baby massage. A darken room with a black out blind. Calm the house down alf hour before, close curtains make things quiet and relaxed, maybe calming music.
