Well, first off you have to think of why she isn't going in her cage. Could it be that she loves you too much to say goodbye? (if it is that, then you are obviously a good owner), or maybe that she is worried that she will never come out again? Well, make ure not to leave her/him in the cage too long! She will never go back in if you do.
Try putting some yummy treats in her cage, and as soon as she walks in, give her some time to eat them, pet her for a little bit, then slowly shut the cage.
