Correctly speaking, you should say tribe. However there is no way you can have a tribe on First Island - unless you travel back there, using the raft you successfully crafted. Yippee for you! Now, the real stuff.....
You arrive at Second Island for the first time and look around. There is a Sim (mostly at the banana trees on the right, not the clearing though). Walk over to them and greet. Build your relationship (or use the MAX RELATIONSHIP cheat) and select "Ask to Join Tribe." Now you can change into both of them, and, best of all, if you go back to your island (that is, First) the other tribe member comes with you! Congratulations on getting there! Finally.
