∙ 12y agoHonestly speaking there's no way you can *make* someone do something. But you most certainly can convince them beyond any doubt that talking to you would be extremely beneficial to them.
Perhaps you should start by finding out if they're single (nothing more awkward than putting the moves on someone who isn't single). Then just talk to them like a friend and don't be creepy or too assertive. And put some of your personality into the conversation (i.g. your own jokes/comments). If you have personalities in the same ballpark one of you will for sure pick that up and the conversation should soar from that:)
