Well first you get some really sticky glue or anything like that and put some on your fingers (just a dab) then u press down hard and hold it for.....2min at least but if it still didn't work hold it on longer then that. does that answer you peoples question?
no joke... my grandma got her fingers stuck together with crazy glue. I looked up how to get her fingers unstuck and butter seemed to REALLY work.

Well, if it is really tangled, then you might have to separate parts of your hair with your fingers first. If it is really stuck, you might have to cut your hair, but hopefully just separating it with your fingers will get you to the point of being able to remove it.
