Drink plenty of water. Stay away from drugs and alcohol. Keep a healthy diet. This regimen should be followed for several months as hair only grows approx. one-half inch per month. Do not comb or brush hair when wet as this causes breakage. If hair has been damaged, (perm or coloring) use a good conditioner. Try to air dry versus using a blowdryer.

You could just wait for it to grow. Your hair grows about 1/2 inch a month. Or if you want to speed it up a little, work on a healthy lifestyle. Exercise, healthy eating, sleeping right. Your hair and your whole body will benefit from doing so!

You can take vitamins or not wash it as much because that dries it out and try not to dye it a lot or have heat contact to your hair because that damages your hair and it wont grow it will only break.

There's no magic potion. Good nutrition and general good health and fitness will help a lot.

If you have short hair and want it to grow then here are some ways of doing so:

. Try not to blow-dry your hair after washing it.. let it dry naturaly.

. Wash your hair every other day and use conditioner.

. Don't use loads of different products on your hair.

. Using a straightener takes oil from your hair and produces split ends, so if you want to straighten your hair not do it every day.

Get all the dead ends taken off. I suggest a hair trim. If you just got your hair cut then skip the first step.

steps to grow out hair. (these aren't in order but just follow them all to grow out hair)

1. get your hair cut. (trim)

2. Try not to use ANY styling tools. (flat iron, blow dryer,curling iron, etc.) If you do though, use a heat protectant.

3. Do not shampoo your hair everyday. Shampoo/Conditioner should be used only every OTHER day, not everyday.

4. Take "Hair Skin & Nails Pills, they are at Walgreen's, CVS, etc)

5. drink a lot of water.

6. Try to eat good.
