This is crucial to making sure it does not smear due to the hot summer heat and humidity. 2) you should apply a base to the eyelid. This will create a smooth and sticky base for your eyeliner. If you do not have a nude base, use a powder or cream eye shadow. 3) set it with a powder - translucent, or the color of the eye liner. This will set the eyeliner in place for a much longer time compared to without. Just be careful not to place to much because it can irritate the eye! Hope this helped!
