Well if your mom took it they have a reason I got mine taken away and I wont get it back until March also she isn't going to let me go to a concert because of a D in math but to get it back be nice, do better in school, SUCK UP or if worst comes to worst ignore your mom and make her feel guilty. But trust me only getting your Ipod taken away isn't that bad because of my concert situation. Hope I helped ;-)
