∙ 14y agoFirst what ever parent is more of a push over discuss with him/her. Then ask that parent if they would discuss it with the other parent. Then keep your grades up and earn money and show your responsible.

∙ 16y agoTell them of your previous positive experience caring for animals. Demonstrate responsibility all the time. Be willing to pay for it with money you earn. Maybe take care of someone else's for a while to make sure you can handle it.

Many people want puppies. I mean how could you not? they're adorable. First you have to take it slow. Don't nag them. Remind them how hard you have worked and make sure that that your grades are high, that you do your homework, and that keep up with your chores. You may eventually get one! Hope you get a puppy!

∙ 13y agotry and show them that you can care for an animal well ! if your friend has a dog you can come home one day saying you were at your friends house and that you took her/his dog for a walk and it was really fun ! also when i want something from my parents i always go on my laptop and look them up and show it to my parents ! then i show them the cheapest one so i have a better chance of getting it :D
