At first you need to show your parents you are mature. Like Be nice your Bro/Sis.

Then tell your parents that you don't want to post videos till you are older. If they ask "Why do you want a YouTube account then?" Just say "To post comments." If they say "I would rather you not look at the comments." Then I can't help you there. My mom and dad wouldn't let me have an account till I was sixteen. At first they said "Then you can have access to a lot of videos." The answer to that is "I can view all of the videos anyway." (They then know that is true) Then you ask them.
