Try taking the battery out, then putting it back in and turning your phone back on. That should work.
you need a usb cable to attach your phone to your computer and then you can transfer the photos easily
Use either Blue-tooth (if the phone AND computer are blue-tooth enabled) or a USB cable.
You can download images off your smart phone by emailing them to yourself or uploading them to a website such as PhotoBucket. Some Smart Phones can be connected to computers with a USB cable or SD card to transfer photos that way also.
I was told that soon as you plug in the USB DMX hub it goes to USB mode. I am not sure as I have not tried it yet but that is what I was told in the Forums.

Try turning the phone off then on again.
