Try taking the battery out, then putting it back in and turning your phone back on. That should work.

You can download images off your smart phone by emailing them to yourself or uploading them to a website such as PhotoBucket. Some Smart Phones can be connected to computers with a USB cable or SD card to transfer photos that way also.
I was told that soon as you plug in the USB DMX hub it goes to USB mode. I am not sure as I have not tried it yet but that is what I was told in the Forums.
