this all depends on the phone, and the computer. a reasonably good combination, i.e windows xp and a post 2005 phone, simply connect the phone and computer via the provided usb cable, and without using the software provided (most of it is tosh) select data trasfer/sotrage etc (varies depending on the phone) then using your computer go to My computer>devices with removable storage>phone card (G:\) thats the name of mine yours could be completely different. what phone and computer is it?
