You can connect your phone to your computer through USB. You must be able to browse your files with Windows Explorer. If you cannot, then your phone is not setup to be accessed by your computer or you do not have the proper driver.

ok, i just figured this out! :D first you plug your phone into your computer USB port and the drivers will automatically install. Then use your phone and navigate to (in the smart menu): "tools" then "USB mass storage". once you click "USB mass storage" your computer should recognize your phone and an autorun will pop up. i use windows so when this happens, a box also appears in "Windows Media Player" that will automatically allow me to sync music onto my phone while retaining my playlists. good luck!
Connect your Zune to the drive. Something will pop out on your screen: click "Take no Action." Then you can click on the songs you want to put on your Zune from Windows Media Player and click on "Transfer Songs". If this doesn't work, you need to ask somebody else. Hope it works!
