You don't have to "renew" your account. If your talking about getting back your account because Nexon has banned it, then you have to wait about a month or longer. If you want your account back because you haven't played with it for a while, the you can send an email to nexon saying to unlock your account. If that doesn't work, then your going to have to start over.
