How do you get your raikou on dimand?

you have to catch it on Pokemon FireRed or leafgreen and when you beat the eliet 4,go south of sandgem town and surf along a path of rocks and when you get there, walk to the top right of a small island and go until you see a building called pal park. Save inside of pal park and insert the game you have raikou on when your ds is off. After you hit start at the enter menu,you will see the words"migrate from (firered or leafgreen).hit that and choose raikou and 5 other Pokemon that don't have hm moves.once you choose the other Pokemon,it will say somthing like the Pokemon are ready to migate and hit yes.
