There's not really a way for you to stop shoes from yellowing if you're going to be wearing them.
The best thing to do would be to slow down the yellowing process by cleaning them and keeping them away from light, air, moisture, and dust when you're not wearing them. You can put them in ziploc bags (large gallon size big enough to fit both pairs) and take out the air in the bags. You could also add silica gel packs in the bag to absorb any moisture that may have been inside the bag
