How do you get your sim to have a baby on The Sims 3?

Get friendly with a Sim until you think the Sim will fall for romantic moves, then do the basic romantic options (amorous hug, hold hands, kiss, etc.) and eventually you'll get the option to "Try for Baby" (or you can relax in bed and call the Sim to the bed with you and "Try for Baby." i dont think they can without a cheat -- im not entirely sure but I think the cheat is: boolProp testingcheatsenabled true to stop the cheat -- just change the true to false!! Hope I helped! =D xx

# Make your sim fall in love with a member of the opposite sex # click on a double bed and select "relax" # click on the sim you wish to have a baby with, and select "ask to join" # once you are both in the bed, click on the opposite sim and select "Try for baby" # if you get a short lullaby sound afterwards, the female is pregnant.

If your want your teenage Sims to have a baby, it might take a while. And if you want them to stay teens pull up the cheat window (Ctrl+Alt+C) and type in 'aging off'. They will stay teens until you pull the window up again and type aging on. So to make them have a baby you must make two Sims (male and female, duh) relax on a twin bed. then click cuddle, then choose try for baby. And if they are done to see if the female is pregnant, repeat the steps and if try for baby is not an option, she's pregnant! Yay! But this will cause craving and mood declines for the female. To help the mood declines, pull up the cheat window and type in 'maxMotives'. It will boost her mood. and it will take 3 days for here to have her baby.

1. Make two adult Sims and move them into a house.
2. Click Ctrl, shift and C at the same time.
3. Type in: Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true
4. Shift click on your Sim and click "Sim Modder" - a baby should appear.
5. Click on the Sims modder (baby) and click "Set age..." and then click "Child".
6. Your Sim will now be a child.
7. Click Ctrl, shift and C at the same time again.
8. Type in: Moveobjects on
9. Go into buy mode and delete your child Sim.
10. Shift click on the bin outside the house with your other Sim which is still and adult and click "Reset age duration" your child Sim will come back and now be able to do anything an adult Sim can do.
11. Repeat all the steps with the other Sim.
12. Now you have two child Sims who can woo-hoo...

Just to let you know, because they are supposed to be adults, they will hover in the air a bit, which can get pretty annoying...
