You could try asking nicely, possibly offering her something in exchange for the privilege (like, say, doing her chores).
If that doesn't work, you could go to Mom and Dad. This may not work and even if it does your sister will hate you for it, so I hope it's worth that to you.
If nothing works, then just get over it. There will be lots of things in your life that you'll want to do that you won't get to do, and the earlier you realize this the better off you'll be.
tell here that your mom is calling here and then tell here that my dad is calling.
tell her to get the off your bed. then ignore her if she doesnt do it. she just wants attention. ignoring works best. eg. only yes or no answers (but dont say it only nod or shake your head)
or tell her you farted or spat on ur bed. works every time :)
bug her

No ... there's always the couch in the living room. There must be underlying reasons why the parents opted for the sister's family to occupy one of the bedrooms. Perhaps this is just temporary and you will get your room back again.
yes!
Find a new one. sleep in another room. don't let her sleep. kill her.
No, you have to go to a hospital to let him sleep. I am a doctor, trust me.
You need to leave the room and let them cool off same with your brother
of course it is as long as you don't let it become dominant over you, this will cause bad behavior and it will become grumpy : / . if it does become domanat don't keep it in your room.
I was detained from going to school on time because my little sister would not let me sleep at night.

Send them to there room and let them play with there toys, or put them on some clothes and let them go outside and play with there friends.
After seeing a doctor, they will determine the severity and let you know.
v take oxygen and let plants take CO2 and let v sleep in a closed room with so many plants there will less available of oxygen which even leads to our death.
