brush your teeth with baking soda or you can go to the stationers and get some tipex- its not recommecd on the instructions but nobody ever reads instructions do they otherwise you wouldn't use baking soda.
The first thing that you need to remember is that teeth whitening products can come in a wide variety of different types. Some of the more common ones include whitening gels, whitening trays, whitening strips and whitening toothpastes. Gels are applied using an applicator or a small brush and you will find that they contain a bleach agent that is going to be applied to the surface of clean, dry teeth.
With a whitening tray, you will get a mouth guard that is coated with bleaching solutions called carbamide peroxides. These devices are fitted to your mouth by your dentist and worn overnight for one to two weeks.
Whitening strips are actually plastic strips that are going to be covered with peroxide based gels and then placed on the surface of the teeth. Finally, you have whitening toothpastes that have abrasives instead of bleaching agents. The mild abrasives will remove the stains from your teeth as you brush and there is a chemical polishing agent that will give your teeth a bright sheen.
You will find that most of these products contain carbamide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide, which will break down into oxygen molecules. These molecules will enter the small pores of the enamel and the dentin of your teeth and break up the stains that that have collected there, making the stains look lighter or even invisible.
Depending on the product that you are using, it can take a few hours, a full day or several days before you see the effect. You will find that some gels also come in sodium hydroxide, carbomer, glycerin, or sodium fluoride, which will strengthen your teeth.
1. You can either put the baking soda on your tooth paste while brushing your teeth.
2. You can put hydrogen peroxcide mixed with baking soda (and just brush normal).
3. You can put mouth wash mixed with baking soda (put about 1 spoon of baking soda) and stir (until baking soda dissolves) and swish it around in your mouth (for about 30 secs).
4. You can get cold tap water mixed with baking soda swish in your mouth for about 1 min.
5. And the whole process will be done and your teeth will be beautifully whitened in about a week or so!
6. You can dip your brush into white vinegar, then into baking soda and proceed to brush your teeth. This will whiten you teeth for certain, however, do no more than 3 times weekly as this combination can erode enamel if used too much
Try hydrogen peroxide. It has other benefits beyond whitening, so it could be a good choice.
