You should be able to adjust these settings by adjusting your video options:
- Open your Main Menu (ESC key by default)
- Click on VIdeo and then on the Advanced option.

Open your Interface(press the 'Esc' key on your keyboard) and click on Interface/Game options. Once you do there is a list of stuff you can change like Auto-Loot, or something like that. Find the Action Bars tab and click on it. There you can check the boxes in which you want to see, to not see any action bars, don't check the boxes.
