Well, first, you have to go to the warriors website. Then, after you get your apprentice name generated, you begin playing the game. Then, after you beat the game, you supposedly get your warrior name. I'm only 99% sure, because i never actually beat the game...
In the New Prophecy quest, your warrior name is given to you by the leaders of the Clans after you have completed your apprentice training and have shown your skills and loyalty to your Clan. The name is typically inspired by your personality, skills, or a significant event in your life.
You have to beat the game (which I have done so I know that it's true) and you WILL get your warrior name at the end of it.
If your talking about the New Prophecy Quest, just scroll down and click on the question mark.
To delete your name in the Warrior Cats New Prophecy game, go to the settings or profile section within the game where you initially entered your name. Look for an option to edit or delete your name, and follow the prompts to remove it. If the game doesn't allow you to delete your name, you may need to contact the game's customer support for assistance.

Ravenpaw never got a warrior name because he left the clan before he could receive one.
The Rainbow Warrior got its name from a book by William Stevenson, which was inspired by a Cree prophecy about a group known as the Rainbow Warriors who would save the Earth. Greenpeace adopted the name for its new vessel in 1978 to symbolize environmental activism and peaceful warrior spirit.
The order is, chronologically, Bluestar's Prophecy, The Rise of Scourge, Warriors, Tigerstar and Sasha, Firestar's Quest, The New Prophecy, Graystripe's manga, Power of Three, Omen of the Stars. The time of Ravenpaw's manga is unknown because I have not received it yet.
