How do you get yourselfed numbed when getting your bellybutton pierced?

Like everyone before you did, they came in and got the piercing done, no numbing. You don't need to have the tissue numbed, most professional body piercers will not pierce you if you have used any form of numbing agent on the tissue. This absorbs into the tissue and will distort the tissue making the piercing lop sided. Listen if you really want it done, go do it, but done monkey around with numbing agents. We have studied long and hard to provide the piercing service to you in a clean safe professional manner, cut us some slack and respect the fact we know what we are doing, trust us. You rarely get your tongue numbed before you pierce it. You have to be sure that the piercer didn't hit any nerves or something and you can't do that if you can't feel your tongue.
