you have to have the event celebi which is available from feb. 27 to march 7 on diamond, pearl, platinum, heartgold and soulsilver. after you have sent it to black and white you have to go to a building in castelia city. you will see two kids in there. if you bring that event celebi into said building one of those kids will transform into zorua. the other one will ask if you would like to take that zorua (make sure you have at least one unused poke ball. any one will do) and you will have a lvl 10 male zorua
