Some people say it goes away by itself... or so i'v heard...
pokerus goes away on its own. there isn't a sure way to get rid of it, but most Pokemon become immune to if after a while. If it is immune, the pkrs will go away and there will be a small picture of a face next to it. pokerus is a good thing though, you don't want it to go away because your Pokemon will get large lvl up bonuses. (mine gained +4 and +5 on every level up)

If you change your date like 5 days or more then the pokerus will be remove

∙ 12y agoPokerus will appear by itself but it is VERY rare. The virus will enable you to improve your pokemon at a faster rate. The effect will only last a week or 2. You will know if pokerus is activated when nurse joy tells you. If you go to summary pokerus will appear. Once the effect has passed a smiley face will replace it so you know your pokemon had pokerus. Pokerus is only activated once for each pokemon. It's like pokemon chicken pox that help you!
