You go into the room in the castle with the maid lady and on the stool there's a note. You get the note and go to the mill. Go to the top and the goth girl is there. Click on the note in your inventory. The goth girl will give you the code to the fountain.
P.S.- I haven't played astro knights in a long time so the note might be in the princesses bedroom. You have to get the rope by the mud next to the mill. Then, go to the top of the castle, not inside, and go to the archer. Click on the rope in your inventory and launch the arrow to the princesses's room's door. Climb on the ope and enter the bedroom. On top of the chest in the left is another note by the princess. Then, go to the goth girl.
