There are several options:

The most expesnive but perhaps the most convenient is taking a taxi. The journey time is around 1 hour, however will be easily over £100. It should be a little cheaper if it's pre-booked.

Alternatively, 'the airline' coach service operates between Heathrow and Oxford - taking 80 - 90 minutes. It has luggage storage and is the cheapest option at £23 for an adult one-way or £24 for an adult return.

Taking the train involves changing trains and is a simialr cost to the coach service.
