I don't know why but when I see a full server, I just click it and it works. Well that's just me. Sorry, I don't know the actual answer. Good luck finding it though! :)
Yes that is the same for me too! If my buddy is in a full sever I just click the "Full" thing at the end and I join that sever. I though only members could do that but I'm non member. Hope it helps.
