Do quests for the 2 wizards in Triton avenue Save the fire elves in Firecat Alley then Merle will have you do a couple things, before you can go.

∙ 13y agoYou have to beat all the quests in the three places to from olde town. (Firecat, Cyclops, and Triton.(You have to have subscription/buy places with crowns.)) Then merel ambrose gives you a quest to defeat lord nightshade (I only did it with help) and then he asks you to check out the rainbow waterfall, (Because when you defeat him you get a key) and you go in the death school. You talk to the teacher and go back to merel ambrose. Then you can go there. YOU DON'T HAVE TO BE A CERTAIN LEVEL! I WAS LEVEL 12 WHEN I GOT IN AND I'M LEVEL 16 IN IT NOW! KYLE DR@GON BLOOD!

Well you have to get the Krokotopia world key from the Headmaster after you beat Lord Nightshade.

∙ 10y agoYou don't need to be a certain level. But to go to krokotopia you got to defeat nightshade which is in the haunted cave. I DO RECOMMEND that you go to krok at the level 15+.

How do you get into the oasis on wizard 101?
To get to the Oasis you must be able to go to Krokotopia. To get to Krokotopia you need to have done the quest that enables you to go (which you get from Ambrose) then while in Ravenwood go inside Bartelby's mouth then to the door in the middle of the room. After that click on the door then on the Krokotopia sign. That should take you to the world door in Krokotopia, after that run up the ramp through the normal door and you are now in the Oasis.
