How do you go to glitch city?

Start at the Safari Zone and pay to get in. As soon as you walk through the door, go back into the lobby. When the receptionist asks if you want to leave, say NO and go back inside the Safari Zone. Do not take any steps and instead, save and turn off the game. Turn the game back on and step back out into the lobby. Instead of asking you if you want to leave, the receptionist will ask if you would like to play the Safari Zone, as if you ever entered. Say NO and walk out of the building towards Fuschia. (The following instructions are to get to the most walkable Glitch City. There are many more Cities and you simply have to go to a different location [e.g. Pallet Town, Cerulean City, Route 1...] to access them) Fly to Cinnabar Island and surf on the East coast of the Island half on/half off the land (Like you would if you were trying to find Missingno.). Continue to surf until the PA from the Safari Zone comes on saying "Time's up!" and you will be teleported back to the lobby. Exit the lobby into Fuschia and instead of seeing the regular city, you will be in Glitch City. Enjoy! Note: Make sure you have a Pokemon who knows Fly or Teleport or you will be stuck in Glitch City forever. Also, do not save in Glitch city.
