Acupuncture treatment is a great way to overcome insomnia without taking medicine. However, if that's not of interest, you can practice meditation or relaxation/visualization techniques to help calm your mind and ease yourself into sleep. I allot 30 minutes every night before I fall asleep to calmness. During that time, I fully stretch all my muscles and take deep breaths. This helps quiet my mind so my thoughts are keeping me up throughout the night. the best way to sleep is to exercise if uc an at night or take a shower at night if u still have severe sleeplessness problems then you must consult a doctor
even Hot Chocolate drinks will put ut o sleep in 45 minutes.
