The easiest way would be to go to Fight Area, and travel North. You will encounter wild Pokemon like Fearow, Raticate and Machoke. The other way is to go to the Resort area (east of Fight Area), and then travel North, then West. That way is longer, and you have to travel through a desert and a series of cliffs.
