A: You find the 5th in Pastoria. There is a Team Galactic grunt near the safari. Keep talking to him and chasing him. Shortly thereafter your rival will come to battle you. Find the grunt once more and battle him again. Cynthia will come out and give you spray potion and you can use it on the psyduck to go to Celstic town. Cynthia will give you a Old Charm to give to her grandmother in Celstic Town. After you get to Celstic Town you will find the Grunt again by a cave entrance, talk to him and you will battle him. After you defeat him Cynthia's grandmother will come up to you and she will tell you to explore the ruins. If you do, look at the paintings and Cynthia's grandmother will explain to you what and how it got there, then she will give you HM03 Surf. To use it you need to go back to Hearthome and defeat the leader. HAVE FUN!!! Peace. It is very hard so watch out people!
