You Cant rob houses on sims 2 life stories I tried it myself and found out when u walk upto a house u cant go into it because its not your house . Only on sims 3 or updateds sims you can rob houses and shops.

On any phone. Go to the phone, and choose the option Throw Party. You will then be able to invite whoever you want, and what kind of party you want. birthday, wedding, regular house party. Note that not everyone will be able to show up.
