You cannot grow a dog's hair; it will have to grow it on it's own.
Assuming your dog has been under veterinary attention for whatever has caused him to lose his hair, follow the veterinarian's advice.
If your dog is returning, or has returned, to health, the best you can do is ensure he has good food, fresh water always available, is given sufficient exercise, and is not subject to stress.
Lots of love and the right sort of attention will have him back to normal soon. If you are in a cold climate you might consider a jacket for him, but it's important this doesn't irritate his skin; better to leave clothing off than make his condition worse or cause it to return.
Remember to follow expert advice when it comes to washing or otherwise grooming your dog, and never, ever, use preparations intended for humans on dogs: even the mildest baby shampoo can be intensely irritating to a dog.
